President-Elect Joe Biden will establish the All Female Senior Communication Team in the US. The team will be led by Kate Bedingfield. She will be the Communications Director of the White House. Biden has decided to appoint Jennifer Psaki, a longtime Democratic Party spokeswoman, as her press secretary. At the same time, Indian origin Neera Tanden has also been given important responsibility in administration.
Biden issued a statement saying that it was the responsibility of the President to keep direct and correct communication with the people of America. This team will have the responsibility of connecting the White House with the American people. Qualified and experienced communicators of the team will work on different aspects. All the members of the team will join the mission to make America better again.
Neera Tanden will monitor policies
A source close to the deployment expressed that the Neera Tanden of Indian origin would be given the responsibility of overseeing the implementation of Biden’s policies. She is the President and CEO of a think tank called Center for American Progress.
All the three senior women officers posted to the White House have also served in the Obama administration. Kate Bedingfield was the communication director and spokesperson while Biden was vice-president. Jennifer Psaki was the communications director and spokesperson at the State Department of the White House. Neera Tandon served as Senior Advisor to the then Health and Human Secretary Kathleen Sebelius.

More women to get place in administration
Biden’s office said he would hold his first presidential intelligence briefing on Monday. They could also deploy women directors for management and budget office.
Karine Jean-Pierre, who was the Chief of Staff of Vice President-Elect, will be the principal deputy press secretary of Biden. At the same time, Pili Tobar will be made the deputy communications director of the White House. Cecilia Rouse can be given the responsibility of the Council of Economic Advisors with joining an all-female communication team in Biden cabinet.
According to the news sources, Wally Adeyemo can be made deputy to the Treasury Department. Economists Jared Bernstein and Heather Bausch can be made economic advisors. Here, the New York Times quoted sources as saying that Biden has decided to make Brian Deese head of the White House National Economic Council.
