A law student gang raped in Kolkata. It is being said that this incident happened with the student on her college campus itself. Police have arrested three individuals in connection with the gang-rape of a young girl that occurred on June 25. According to the investigation, the accused had been monitoring the victim for several days prior to the attack.

Among those arrested are two students, as confirmed by the police. Authorities are continuing their investigation and have not ruled out the possibility of additional suspects or further developments.

After this incident, the forensic team has sealed the crime scene. Along with this, the mobile phones of all the accused have been confiscated. Now, politics has also started in West Bengal regarding this incident. BJP has targeted CM Mamata Banerjee by accusing the TMC of the incident. BJP alleges that TMC workers are also involved in this gang rape.

In that case, the police had arrested the main accused. Later, the accused Sanjay Roy was sentenced to life imprisonment by the Sealdah Court. A fine of Rs 50,000 was also imposed on him. Convict Sanjay Roy was sentenced 164 days after the case.

However, the court refused to accept this case as the rarest of the rare. The court said that this is not a rarest of rare cases. Therefore, the death penalty cannot be given. At the same time, the local court ordered the state to pay 17 lakh compensation to the victim’s family, but the family refused to accept it.

A law college student has been gang-raped in Kolkata. The incident took place on June 25. Three accused have been arrested. According to the police, the accused are Manojit Mishra (31), Zaib Ahmed (19) and Pramit Mukherjee (20).

All three will be produced before the Alipore ACMJ Court in South 24 Parganas. Police say that interrogation of the accused is necessary for further investigation. The process of medical examination and statement of the victim is also going on.

It is hard that one of the accused, Manojit Mishra, is associated with the Trinamool Congress, and he was an ex-student of this college, and he recently joined as a college staff member there.

Can your bank account become vacant even without OTP and account details? The answer is – yes. For the last few days, news of such fraud has been coming continuously. The fraudsters have now found a new method. Silicon fingerprints are being made. And biometric machines and ATMs are being operated with people’s Aadhar numbers and their duplicate Aadhaar Biometrics. People are being defrauded of lakhs.

How is money being withdrawn without OTP, without any message, only through the person’s Aadhaar number and his duplicate fingerprint? Firstly, there were some cases in which lakhs of rupees were stolen from people’s accounts without any bank details and OTP.

By cloning our fingerprints (i.e. by copying) our money from the bank account has started to be withdrawn without our knowledge. When you get a message on the phone, you know that your money has been stolen using AEPS or Aadhar Enabled Payment Service. When did you give your biometrics while buying land or a flat or taking a mobile SIM, did you log out from there? There is no limit to anxiety.

Now you understand. Money is yours, headache is yours too. Bank officers and police officers will give you a lot of knowledge this time. Say, Lock the Aadhaar Biometric. Take the step within an hour of the incident. Tell the bank. Then the chance of recovery is higher…etc.

My humble question to these intellectuals… Why did you ask us to link Aadhaar with the Bank? Long ago you linked PAN with my account to know if I had any illegal, out-of-account money. That is enough. If someone doesn’t have PAN, it’s different…

Earlier, the bank used to take our signatures and photos. There was not so much danger then. There is no problem if an ATM card is used carefully.

Why did you link Aadhaar when you know the system cannot provide that protection?

Did you say to lock the biometric while linking? But he did not say then. Does that mean you also get wiser if you run away from thieves? Why sit in the place of policy-making with such intelligence? When hackers and cyber fraudsters can fool common people so easily, then what the people will do?

Then why are political leaders nurtured with our tax money?

Now please disable AEPS for everyone when goats have been let in through broken fences!! At least that can be done!

Give up the system of withdrawing money through Aadhaar. Keep Aadhaar under strict restrictions so that anybody cannot require Aadhaar.

Who told you to do so much? No one could withdraw money before this arrangement?

Going to the Aadhaar site to lock the Aadhaar Biometrics – those intellectuals are asking to do – how many percent of people can do it themselves? Ninety percent of the people who have Aadhaar cannot. Going to the cyber cafe, even giving it to another person to get it done, what is the guarantee that my Aadhar fingerprints will not be leaked?

I saw in a newspaper some advice a cybercrime expert gave – he says to use a masked Aadhaar.

Is that brother? Is that to eat or oil on the head? These people are cut off from real-world intellectuals. Hey brother, speak in a language that everyone can understand. Who will understand your technical words? I didn’t understand. Say in such a way that a vegetable seller, a shopkeeper, a lorry driver – everyone can understand.

Because you have given Aadhaar to everyone, you have arranged to give bamboo to everyone!

The Chief Justice DY Chandrachud of the Supreme Court has ordered the removal of two cases related to the appointment of Justice Abhijit Ganguly from the bench regarding the TV interview debate. News of protest marches started coming from various places across the state, starting from job seekers and ordinary people on Friday afternoon.

The people of West Bengal have never seen this kind of procession by different political parties in support of a Judge of the Calcutta High Court.

Congress came down the path with the support of Calcutta High Court Judge Abhijit Ganguly. The demand raised from the unique procession is that Congress is on the side of the fight that Justice Ganguly has promised to fight against corruption.

The Supreme Court has ordered the removal of two cases related to the appointment of Justice Ganguly from the bench of the TV interview debate. Pradesh Congress president Adhir Chowdhury said on Friday that Justice Ganguly has achieved a unique status in the public mind by providing a gateway for job-seekers and ordering investigations against corruption.

That is the source of organizing the procession. However, in the context of the case filed by the Trinamool Congress’s All India General Secretary Abhishek Banerjee, the Supreme Court gave the order, Abhishek Manu Singhvi, the Rajya Sabha member of the Congress elected from this state, was Abhishek’s lawyer, with which the state Congress is very upset. The decision to go down the road to hide that irony is like a section of the political camp.

The rally started from the party office near the Durgapur station bus stand and went up to Bankura junction and returned to the station bus stand.

Pankaj Roy stated that the court in which the case will go should give a speedy verdict on the case, during the absence of Abhijit Ganguly. It is to be noted that the district CPIM leaders were present in this program on Saturday morning. Police security was beefed up to prevent any untoward incident around the procession.

A tug-of-war has been continuing in the US between Republicans and Conservatives. Republicans, want to ban abortion and they have been trying for decades. The Republicans can do that. But, Conservatives lawmakers are taking the stand to disagree on how extreme to make the restrictions.

The passionate anti-abortion lawmakers are propelling legislation without any expectation for pregnancies resulting from rape or incest. Some Republicans are backing away from hardline abortion bills in the country. They are suggesting an unmentioned acknowledgment that most Americans do not support strict restrictions like this. Others are trying to maintain a balance by selling aggressive measures – like bans on abortion after 15 weeks. They expressed it as the new middle ground in the light of the no-exceptions bans.

A round of tensions played out in Congress this week while a Senator named Lindsey Graham, a Republican from South Carolina initiated a national 15-week ban surprising of his colleagues. In another incident in West Virginia, Republican state lawmakers reached a settlement on limited exceptions to a near-total abortion ban after coming to a cessation in July over the details of a similar ban.

These developments in the law came just days after South Carolina lawmakers angrily debated a near-total abortion ban only to cast aside the legislation because they could not come to a unanimous decision on which exceptions to include.

The issue is now on top of the mind of a lot of voters as the midterm elections approach. This is to watch how the Republicans maintain their role in observing the public reactions to these laws.

There are several issues in the voter’s mind:

(i) Should rape and incest victims are exempted from abortion bans?

(ii) What about people with lethal fetal anomalies?

(iii) Should the government impose imprisonment on doctors and other medical providers who violate abortion bans?

(iv) How should Republicans maintain their role?

The Republicans are deciding for the 1^st time since the 1970s what the abortion issue looks like in America without an assured right to the policy. That is why the Republicans debate on these policies and settle on several compromises. How the Republicans will settle these debates will have a direct effect on the health care facilities of the pregnant people and also create a complicated twist of laws on a wide variety of other medical care for millions of families throughout the country.

The machine has already got recognition by the department of law in Switzerland.

This Sacro Suicide Capsule is actually a death coffin made by Exit International. It helps a person to commit suicide. This Death Coffin is the brainchild of Dr. Philip Nitschke, founder of Exit International, Switzerland.

A statistical report showed that the number of suicides has increased in Switzerland. Around 1300 people were assisted in suicide in 2020. Exit and Dignitas – the two non-profit organizations of Switzerland helped them commit suicide.

What is Sarco Suicide Capsule?

This Coffin Shaped machine is made with 3D technology. The machine is activated from the inside. A person can enter the Sarco Suicide Capsule and lie down. Some questions will be asked then to that person in automatic voice inside the machine. After answering some questions, the person can activate the machine by pressing the switch. Then the capsule will start working slowly. That person will fall into the lap of painless death in a minute.

According to the technology described for the machine – the capsule fills with Nitrogen as soon as the switch is pressed. The Oxygen level decreases automatically. The person inside feels a little uncomfortable at first, then loses consciousness. The person suffers from hypoxia and hypocapnia. He feels no panic or suffocation. The person will not even have any feelings.

It was learned that arrangements were also being made to keep a camera inside the capsule. It was made because the last wish of a person just before death can be known by others outside.

There is a need for physician support for this entire episode currently. Physicians are needed to fill the machine with Pentobarbital Sodium. A person gradually goes into a coma with the help of this drug. The next condition is death.

Dr. Philip Nishke told, “It is our intention that a person will die under his own control without a doctor or any drug. So, Exit International wants to upgrade this system further.”

Euthanasia and help in suicide is not similar

According to Britain’s National Health Service, euthanasia is a method of killing a person to alleviate suffering. In this method, a doctor prescribes a lethal drug to a person. By taking that drug a very sick person can end his life. Helping a person to commit suicide means – helping a person to commit suicide without the help of medical procedures. No doctor is allowed to assist in suicide in Switzerland. As in the case of India, euthanasia and aiding and abetting suicide are legal offenses.

A girl’s voice of protest has started to come out from the Taliban-ruled Afghanistan. It shows that modern Muslim women are unhappy with the rule of the Taliban. This is obviously a voice of protest against Islamic fundamentalism.

“We have the opportunity to do something for our country. We demand equality. Who are these Taliban who are snatching that right! I want to go to school!” – a few students were standing around a girl, holding their posters. The girl was wearing black clothes, covering her head with a white veil. Some more students were standing around him, holding their posters. Some posters were handwritten, that read ‘Free Afghanistan’. Someone was claiming, ‘We want freedom’. The mountain range in the back greets the teenager as if encircling a small group of students as a symbol of courage and strength.

One such outstanding video has recently spread on the net and it went viral. The place of the video could not be known and also the name and identity of the girl who has given the speech. But, the main focus was her speech. The girl in the video was fearlessly saying what thousands of teenagers in Afghanistan were trying to say loudly.

Afghanistan has been in question since the Taliban took over. Schools have closed in every city in Afghanistan, including Kabul. The Taliban government has said schools, including madrasas, could be reopened. However, they are not allowing girls to go to school even after opening the school. Only boys are getting chances to go to school.

There came the response of protest. Many have raised their voice and demanded equal rights to education. But in the midst of all those demands, the protesting voice of this unknown girl has ignited like a spark.

The video, shared by Afghan journalist Bilal Sarwari, shows a speech of the girl saying, “Today’s girls will be tomorrow’s mothers. If they are not educated, what will they teach their children?”

Every sentence uttered by the teenager is piercing. It is incredible that a girl can say so intensely in such a short time demanding the right to education. Whoever has gone through the video, praised the courage of the girl. Some people are also worried about her safety. Because everybody knows that this clear-cut statement is bitter to any fundamentalism.

It is heard about Islamist fundamentalism – it inherits an ancient tendency to come back to medieval thinking and medieval rule for the society. This concept is presented like a revivalist movement through fundamentalism. Call for the veil for women further intensifies this kind of misleading concept in this modern era. The Taliban rule is discriminating boys and girls while the whole world is accepting equal rights for men and women. So, the girl’s statement is quite logical that women and girls are being deprived in Taliban-ruled Afghanistan.
