Novel coronavirus has become more dangerous than the structure of its gene. The novel coronavirus has taken away the sleep of the scientists by changing is gene 380 times since its breakout. Its venom is much higher than the ordinary coronavirus.
The genetically modified coronavirus is produced by Wuhan Biosafety Laboratory Level Four in China. In an interview with an international media, Dr Francis Anthony Boyle, a Professor of International Law, University of Illinois College of Law, claimed that the World Health Organization (WHO) already knew this fact earlier, so their responsibility automatically would come under scrutiny. Dr Boyle is also one of the members of the anti-chemical weapons organization.
Professor Dr Francis Anthony Boyle is also one of the leaders of the Chemical Weapons Disarmament Organization. The Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act in 1979 was passed with his initiative. He told earlier that the Novel coronavirus was not merely a virus infection.
Francis Boyle supported the allegation of the Israeli intelligence and microbiologists that the process of secretly developing chemical lethal weapons was underway at the ‘Biosafety Level Four Laboratory’ of Wuhan Institute of Virology. There was much authenticity of the information because Israeli intelligence was one of the top-ranked intelligence agencies in the world. They told that the virus has spread from there. The issue of seafood market was simply an eyewash to the world. The World Health Organization (WHO) knew this very well. In spite of knowing the fact they attempted tactically and tried to cover up the whole matter.

Francis Boyle also told that the World Health Organization gave the badge as a Super Laboratory to the ‘Biosafety Level Four Laboratory’ of Uhan. The WHO said that working with viruses in that lab was much more safe and secure. There has been a separate wing for the laboratory which has no connection with the external environment.
He commented that the finger of blame was pointed at the lab after the SARS and Ebola viruses became deadly. Scientists of the institute were addicted to developing lethal biological weapons, rather than prevention of disease. The result was thousands of deaths. Novel coronavirus has been genetically modified, and many of the WHO scientists were aware that the virus which proliferated, spread only from the Uhan’s laboratory.

He claimed that China was preparing the virus for germ warfare. Chinese President Xi Jinping wanted to hide the fact because ‘germ warfare’ was prohibited in international law. President Xi Jinping knew that if the secret information of their experimentation would go out, they would have to face punishment.
In 2015, Radio Free Asia claimed in their report that scientists at the Wuhan Institute of Virology were working on all the deadly viruses. This indicates that Beijing is increasingly turning to biochemical weapons.
